Skip the middle man and purchase directly from the rancher! Not only does it save you money, but you are supporting a local and sustainable small ranch.

You pick your cow and we will do the rest!

Here's how it works: Customers will place a deposit on a steer/heifer of their choice and we will care, feed, and set up the processing appointment with a local USDA inspected meat processing facility. We will update the customer on their cow routinely and guide them through every step from start to freezer. We are very proud of our service and strive for customer satisfaction.
